Buffalo Seasoning

Nikki, our daughter, is absolutely crazy about chicken wings; it's her culinary crush. I recall a time when she was just a little tyke, and we passed a buffalo ranch. Peering out the car window, she inquired, "What are those?" I replied, "Buffalo," and quick as a flash, she retorted, "Nope, can't be, where are the wings?"
