Arrabiata literally means angry in Italian, and boy is this blend angry. This is perfect to use when you are looking for a little spice.
We recommend using this blend with this recipe. Feel free to play around with it some and come up with your own creation... *3 tbsp Arrabiata Blend *4oz Pancetta or diced bacon *1 tbsp olive oil *2 (14.5) cans chopped tomatoes *16oz cooked Penne pasta
Heat oil and fry Pancetta for 5 minutes. Add Arrabiata Blend along with tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with Penne pasta.
