Ingredients

2 Russet Potatoes (Idaho has the best!)

2 tbs olive oil
-
2 tsp Miso Tasty Seasoning (per potato)
Directions
Preheat smoker to 225°
Wash/scrub potatoes. Dry thoroughly.
Pierce potatoes with a fork multiple times. Feel free to take out any frustrations while doing so!
Rub potatoes with olive oil and Miso Seasoning.
Smoke 1 ½ to 2 hours or to a temp of 205°-210°
Serve with toppings of your choice.
